Health policyanalysis is needed to prepare health and social care systems to address disparitiesbetween population groups. Your role as a health and social care manager is toidentify local issues related to health inequalities and present your findings back tothe local Health and Wellbeing Board.ASSIGNMENT QUESTIONWrite a report examining the determinants of health specific to your chosen healthissue (Choice A, B or C) and chosen local area (Choice 1, 2 or 3). The report shouldidentify health inequalities locally and explore the relationship between thedeterminants of health and how they contribute to your health issue. The reportshould conclude by identifying and critically evaluating strategies to address thelocal health inequalities.
