WBS
Work break down structure (WBS) is the task of breaking the complex project into small task. Completing the complex task as a whole will become complex. Construction work is complex task that will become effective while splitting the task into multiple sub tasks. It is method of divide and conquer large projects for getting things done efficiently and fast. Breaking the complex project into smaller tasks will become manageable. Smaller tasks can be assigned for various personal as well as multiple tasks can be done simultaneously. It will improve productivity and efficiency of project. Visibility of the project will get increased and can be managed easily (Cerezo-Narváez et al, 2020)
Based on the given scope WBS created to show the detailed work done for the project. The WBS first level shows the high-level tasks, and level 2 shows the detailed tasks and level 3 shows

Schedule
Project schedule represents what has to be done, what resources have to be utilized as well as when the milestones needs to be completed. It is the time table for the project that indicates start and end date of each work and also milestones. It keeps the project on track and enables the project to be completed on time. It used in conjunction with WBS for distributing the work among team members. It has to be regularly updated for gaining status of the project (Sami Ur Rehman, 2020).
Critical Path
It is the longest sequence of tasks that should be completed for successfully completing the project from start to end. The activities on the critical path are called as critical activities and those activities are highly important for completing the project successfully. The critical activities have to be completed on time to avoid project delays. The total duration required to complete the project can be determined through the critical path. CPM method used to find the critical path
Based on the WBS tasks are created and days are allocated and arrived on the total duration of the project.

Cost Plan
Cost management plan represents plan to manage the project’s budget. An efficient cost management plan protects the project from failures and cost overrun. It specifies how much have to be incurred and for what and when. Project manager utilize work breakdown structure to determine cost for each activity and prepared budget for the project (Shriwas, 2020).
By adding all the tasks costs, we will get the total budget of the project. The total duration in hour for a month of (20 days) with 8 hour working we will have 1920 hours for year. For total 2 year we will have 3840 hrs considered.
With approx. 4000 hours is available for the project, hence based on the budget we could plan the people and equipment. Vendor selected based on his professional work delivered and cost is calculated and provided.
Quality check is considered and cost based on the total work with 30% of the cost towards the quality to ensure that safety and high quality is provided.
